SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we dispatch orders placed on electricaltechnician.in, what you can expect regarding delivery times, costs and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

  • Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive dispatch/tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We ship to addresses across India, except for locations currently not serviced by our courier partners (if any).

  • If your area is restricted or extra shipping charges apply, we will inform you at checkout or by email.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted courier partners for domestic deliveries.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value — please refer to the offer on site.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • Metro regions: 2-5 business days

    • Non-metro / remote regions: 5-10 business days

  • These are estimates only. Delivery can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, weather, natural disasters).

  • You will be notified if any significant delays occur.

5. Receipt & Inspection

  • On delivery, please inspect the package before signing for it.

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately notify us at electricaltechnician02@gmail.com with photos. This will help us initiate claim or replacement faster.

6. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by you, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery or address correction.

  • If the courier returns the product to us for reasons beyond our control (e.g., unreachable address), we will contact you and you may bear the return shipping fee.

7. Lost or Stolen Deliveries

  • Once the package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to you.

  • If you believe the product was lost or stolen after being marked delivered, please inform us immediately. We will work to support you, but we cannot guarantee replacement in all cases (subject to courier investigation).

8. International Shipping

  • At present, we do not ship internationally.

  • Any duties, taxes, customs or import fees applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
